Eligible ready-to-ship items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are complimentary and are intended to help you select the piece that feels unequivocally right.
To request an exchange, please contact our concierge team with your order details. We will provide return instructions and confirm the next steps before any shipment is arranged.
Final Sale: Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke commissions, custom orders, personalized pieces, and items produced to your specifications are final sale and non-refundable. These creations are made expressly for you, and as such cannot be resold or returned to inventory.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be received in the same condition as delivered, including original presentation materials, certificates (where applicable), and any accompanying documentation.
- Unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, dents, or setting damage
- All tags, seals, and protective elements intact
- Complete with original packaging, receipts, and gemstone paperwork
For your protection and ours, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, resizing, modification, or tampering. Items received outside the stated window may be declined.
Meticulous Diamond Verification
Upon receipt, all returned pieces undergo a strict authentication protocol prior to approval. This includes verification of diamond and gemstone identity using professional inspection methods, alongside confirmation of weight, measurements, and identifying characteristics such as inscriptions when present.
If any inconsistency is detected, we may request additional information or decline the return. This process is essential to preserve provenance and protect our clients.
