Jewellery is crafted to be worn, yet gemstones and precious metals remain sensitive to impact and abrasion. We recommend removing pieces before exercise, swimming, household cleaning, or any activity that may expose the setting to knocks or chemicals.

For most pieces, a gentle clean is sufficient: lukewarm water, a mild soap, and a soft brush used with care around the setting. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and abrasive polishes unless specifically advised by our team, as certain gemstones and settings require specialist handling.

Store each piece separately to prevent scratching, ideally in its original presentation box or a soft-lined jewellery case. Keep pieces away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperature changes.

We recommend periodic inspections to confirm stone security, clasp integrity, and overall condition, especially for frequently worn items. Our concierge can advise on servicing intervals and arrange specialist care where appropriate.
